Founded in London in 1998, Not Just Coffee started as more than just a coffee brand. It was the brainchild of a South African couple, Margaret and John Stevens. They believed that coffee was not merely a beverage but a culture that brought people together. The foundation of their brand was built on the idea of uniting people from diverse backgrounds over a shared table.

Aga Fırat crossed paths with Margaret and John in the most unexpected of places—a children’s orphanage in Edinburgh. Aga was volunteering at the institution, and the couple were there for a similar cause. This encounter became a pivotal moment in their lives. Aga’s work ethic, his respect for others, and his passion for contributing to society deeply impressed the Stevens. They quickly became captivated by his visionary approach and decided he was the right person to take their brand to the next level.

In 2017, Margaret and John entrusted Not Just Coffee to Aga Fırat. Since then, under Aga’s leadership, the brand has grown and continued to deliver innovative coffee experiences. Not Just Coffee is now more than just a coffee provider; it has become a platform for bringing people’s stories together and sharing them with the world.
